Our Quality Management System provides us with an effective framework for consistently achieving excellence in providing services that meet or exceed customer requirements, always taking into consideration the need for continuous improvement.
The system ensures that we have a clear understanding of our customers' needs and expectations and that all appropriate steps are taken to meet those needs as required by law, regulation or contract. In order to provide a framework for driving performance improvement, this system will be developed by management, monitored and audited by a formally constituted quality committee and where necessary, reviewed as part of the company's continuing development.
